Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd warrants to the original end user customer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Display Sales Australia will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Display Sales Australia on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products. If Display Sales Australia is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price. Proof of purchase must be provided that shows the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to any other applicable export regulations.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd products, as provided above. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd products. Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd 's sole obligation shall be to issue a refund or replacement of the hardware to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

The limited warranty offered by Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd gives you specific legal rights that are in addition to, and not in derogation of, other rights and remedies that may apply under a law relating to the Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd product to which this limited warranty applies.

Duration of Warranty

Display Sales Australia products are covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original end user customer.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements

Display Sales Australia products are covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original end user customer

1. Please choose carefully and check your order before proceeding with the order. Display Sales Australia is not obliged to provide refunds for purchasing error or "change of mind" by the consumer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered are the correct products and are suitable for the purposes for which you propose to use it.
   
   
2. Customer must check the products as soon as he receive it and ensure that all components and parts you have ordered are included.
   
   
3. Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd in its discretion may accept a return (for a "change of mind" reasons) of a product that is unopened, in as new and saleable condition and is current stock. In case . Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd accept such returns, it is the customers responsible for the cost of postage to return the item in question. Where we accept a return for a "change of mind" reason, Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd may charge the customer a restocking fee of up to 28 per cent of the purchase price for the item.
   Please note:
   • Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd do not accept returns of a “change of mind” reasons on custom ordered products.
   • Shipping cost in a case of a “change of mind reason” is not refundable.
   
   
4. Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd ensure that all products are free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. To obtain warranty service, you must return a defective product to Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd distribution and support centre, or the authorised Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd distributor from whom you purchased the Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd product.

In some instances, you may be required to provide proof of purchase. All returned parts or products, if replaced or refunded, will become Display Sales Australia’s property upon receipt. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at Display Sales Australia's expense.
   
   
5. We aim, but do not guarantee, to process refunds and replacements within 28 days of receipt by us of the original product.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, the foregoing is the complete warranty for Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd products and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written. except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd products and Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any warranty that may exist under national, state, provincial or local law including but not limited to any implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties, whether express or implied, are limited to the period of time set forth herein unless this is in contravention with the Australian law.

Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support equipment or for applications in which the failure or malfunction of the products would create a situation in which personal injury or death is likely to occur. Subject to any applicable laws, Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for the death of any person or any loss, injury or damage to persons or property by use of products used in applications including, but not limited to, military or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems and medical or medical-related equipment.

Display Sales Australia's total liability under this or any other warranty, express or implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. Repair, replacement or refund are the sole and exclusive remedies for breach of warranty or any other legal theory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user customer of a Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd product for any damages, expenses, lost data, lost revenues, lost savings, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd product, even if Display Sales Australia Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
