Display sales offers to deliver your displays to your door. We use Couriers to handle our deliveries to you. Our Couriers are the industryleads as the express freight and logistics company, their superior freight handling facilities enable you to track your shipment online.


Delivery address

When placing an order, please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. When receiving your invoice, please check that the delivery address on the invoice is accurate, if you wish to change the delivery address prior to the dispatch date, please email the change of address to info@displaymaster.com.autogether with your invoice number. All deliveries will need to be signed for so please do not provide PO Box address or address that is unattended during the day. The Courier is not permitted to leave the goods without the receiversigning for the delivery so the goods will have to go back to the courier facility. Any additional attempt to deliver the good my encore additional charges. It is your responsibility to provide address that will be able to sign for the delivery during the day.


Authorization to leave goods on delivery

In case you wish the courier to leave the goods unattended without signing for the delivery near your front door, you can email us instruction and authorization to do so in writing to info@displaysales.com.au. Display sales will not be responsible to any missing goods or damage goods if authorization was given to deliver goods without signing for the delivery.


Delivery charges

Delivery charge may vary depending on the product size, weight and destination. Delivery charges are calculated automatically and includes in all invoices.


Delivery time

Our normal deliveries are using the Road Express service – a Comprehensive express road services throughout Australia to all ports in the fastest possible time frame. The delivery time depend on the destination. Below are general Star Track Express’s quoted standard delivery times. We are happy to say that 95% of the time they are spot on within these times

Returns & Replacements


Return procedures & policy

It is the responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to ensure, prior to ordering, that the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which they intend to use. Returns are only accepted for stock items and will only be accepted when application is made within ten (10) days of delivery.
Our products have customized packaging to protect the products from any damage during shipment. When returning a product you must make sure to send the product back in its original packaging and in its original condition. All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
If you can not send the product in its original packaging, you must pack the product using suitable packaging material using sufficient protection to protect the product during shipment back to us. It is the customer responsibility to return the product back to Display Sales henhouse in its original condition. Any goods that are returned damaged (except where the damage occurred before it was received by the customer ) will not be credited.
Returning the product to Display Sales is the responsibility of the customer, credits will not be issued on any shipping costs for return shipping. Display Sales advises all customers to take shipping insurance when shipping products back to Display Sales warehouse.
Please allow seven working days from receiving the return products for inspecting the products and approving credit.
Display Sales use Star Track Express to deliver the products to you. Star Track Express are leads the industry as the express freight and logistics company, their superior freight handling facilities enable you to track your shipment online. Display sale committed to prepare and ship all product on time. Display Sales cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries Refunds will not be granted due to delays in delivery.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issue for return goods. RMA must be attached to the return goods with the approved RMA number issued by Display Sales. All return goods must be label by Display Sales label.

Ordering

Orders can be placed online by clicking the "Buy Now" or clicking the “Add to cart“ button below the product you wish to purchase. The product will be added to your shopping cart, while not still committing you to the purchase. To go ahead with the purchase, click the "Checkout" button on the top right hand side of the page. (To continue shopping, click the Back button in your browser or choose another products tab from the top navigation menu.)


Payment, Pricing & Promotions


Checkout

Online orders can be paid using credit cards ( Visa & MasterCard).Please note that credit card may attract small surcharge ( see checkout page for details).
In case you are a new customer – you will require to fill your details and shipping details for the order – and click “apply“. (You can create an account with us so your details will be stored for future orders.)
Select you payment method, enter any comments regarding the order or delivery and click “Submit order”,
Validate :“I accept the "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy statement"”
Click on “Submit order” button.
Your order has been submitted – you will receive an invoice on your internet browser which you can print for your record.
